POTS IQ looks for understandable associations in the information you enter — not diagnoses or cause-and-effect claims.
When energy is low

Log in seconds.

Quick actions keep common entries close so tracking does not become the hardest part of your day.

When days blur together

Keep the context.

Put symptoms, hydration, vitals, exercise, flares, and your overall day in the same timeline.

When appointments come fast

Bring a clearer history.

Review what changed and choose what to include in a summary you control.

One place for the whole picture

POTS-specific tracking without the clutter.

Instead of juggling notes, screenshots, bottles, blood-pressure readings, and appointment questions, keep the pieces you choose to track together in one calm workspace.

Symptoms & flares

Log severity, timing, position, possible triggers, what helped, and the context around harder days.

Vitals, standing tests & Apple Health

Keep heart rate, blood pressure, and orthostatic readings together. Premium users on iPhone can optionally connect Apple Health to reduce manual entry and add wearable context.

POTS IQ on Apple Watch

Premium members can log water, sodium, saved electrolyte mixes, heart rate and blood pressure from their wrist, and check daily goal progress. Watch logs sync with their account when connected.

Hydration, sodium & electrolytes

Track water, sodium in milligrams, and reusable electrolyte mixes without re-entering the same details every day.

Medications & supplements

Organize what you take now and what you have tried. Premium adds response timelines for helped, no help, and side effects.

Exercise response

Record activity, duration, effort, heart-rate context, and how you felt before or after a session.

Diagnoses & care team

Keep your user-entered diagnoses, clinicians, specialties, and what each person helps manage in one place.

Journal & appointment workflow

Premium keeps daily context, flare notes, visit questions, and post-appointment changes connected to the rest of your history.

Trends & visit summaries

Premium helps you compare personal patterns and build a POTS-focused clinician summary with orthostatic readings, symptoms, treatment response, hydration, activity tolerance, and optional Apple Health context.

How it works

Track less. Understand more.

You do not need to record everything. Capture what matters, review your own patterns, and keep useful context ready when you need it.

Good to know

Built to support your tracking — not replace your clinician.

Does POTS IQ diagnose POTS?

No. POTS IQ organizes user-entered information and describes personal associations. It does not diagnose conditions or establish cause and effect.

Can I use it without Premium?

Yes. The Free plan includes essential daily tracking, health lists, accessibility settings, a quick health card, and data export.

Can I bring my data to a doctor?

Yes. All users can export their data. Premium adds a clinician-focused visit summary that prioritizes orthostatic readings, symptoms and flares, treatment changes and response, hydration/sodium, exercise tolerance, and optional Apple Health context. You choose the date range and whether to share it.

Can I use POTS IQ on Apple Watch?

Yes. Premium includes an Apple Watch companion for logging water, sodium, saved electrolyte mixes, heart rate and blood pressure, and viewing daily goal progress. Watch logs can be saved offline and synced when a connection is available. Separately, Premium users on iPhone can optionally connect Apple Health to read selected health data, including Apple Watch heart-rate readings. POTS IQ does not write data back to Apple Health.

What if I need help?
