Terms of use
These terms govern use of POTS IQ, a personal organization and self-tracking tool provided by BP Labs LLC.
Not medical care
POTS IQ is intended for personal organization and self-tracking. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate, or prevent a disease or condition, recommend medication doses or treatment changes, replace a clinician's judgment, or provide emergency services. Do not delay or change care based solely on the app. Seek emergency help when appropriate.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your password and recovery codes, and activity under your account. You may use the service only lawfully and may not attempt to access another person’s data or disrupt the service.
Your information
You retain responsibility for information you enter. You grant BP Labs LLC permission to process it only as needed to provide the features you request, maintain and secure POTS IQ, respond to support or privacy requests, and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Privacy choices
Your consumer health data choices, access and deletion rights, consent controls, and privacy-request appeal process are described in the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Those privacy rights are not waived by accepting these Terms.
Subscriptions
Core tracking is available on the Free plan. U.S. reference pricing for Premium is $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year; the localized price and billing terms shown by Apple or Google Play at checkout control your purchase. Subscriptions are managed through the applicable app store and can be canceled through that store. Features and pricing may change with notice where required.
International use
POTS IQ is operated by BP Labs LLC in the United States and uses U.S.-based cloud infrastructure. If you use POTS IQ from another country, your information may be processed or stored in the United States as described in the Privacy Policy. Availability, subscription offers, taxes, consumer rights, and legal requirements may vary by jurisdiction.
Availability
We work to keep POTS IQ reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Keep independent copies of information you need for medical care. The export tools are available for this purpose.
Ending use
You may stop using POTS IQ or delete your account at any time. We may suspend abusive, unlawful, or security-threatening use. Sections that naturally survive termination, including limitations and ownership terms, continue to apply.
